At this stage, anything you send is purely a gift to our family.

Please keep it very minimal. A small token is more than enough — we ask that no one gives beyond a very modest amount. If Allah wills, for now we will be using it to support ourselves where required and to support the operations of OKC
It is not Charity, Sadaqah or Zakat. We have not yet fully devised a financial model for using funds in accordance with Shariah, so this gift cannot be counted as Charity, Sadaqah or Zakat.
It is taxable. Open Kids Corner is not a non-profit organisation, so any gift received is taxable.
